The St. Lawrence County Housing Council, Inc. is a private, not-for-profit corporation serving the housing and community revitalization needs of rural communities across St. Lawrence County, New York. Organized and incorporated in 1981 by a group of concerned residents, clergy and representatives of local government, the Housing Council has worked tirelessly to meet the housing needs of St. Lawrence CountyÕs low and moderate income population.
