The Donald F. Pond, Sr. MenÕs Community Residence & The Aftercare Community Residence are dedicated to providing services for men in the early stages of recovery from alcohol and/or chemical dependence. Referrals are accepted for individuals seeking a sober group living situation that encourages responsibility. The program provides a family atmosphere that promotes individuality, healthy decision making and improvement of self-awareness. This is made possible through peer support, individual outpatient treatment planning, and group and individual counseling.The Community Residence programs serve adult males 16 years of age or older with variable lengths of stay, typically 6-12 months.

The Farm offers a holistic rehabilitative environment for young men ages 16 to 20 with a substance abuse diagnosis. The program is individualized to meet each residentÕs diverse needs, and offers a variable length of stay of up to 12 months with the average of 6 to 8 months, depending on progress in the program and individual circumstances. Programming includes over 40 hours of treatment per week including counseling, groups and other activities.
